Public Knowledge
• He appears to be a normal member of court, a representative of his family while his older brother helps his father run the household. (Only a select few at the king's discretion know that he's the spymaster)

• Has two residences of his own: (not counting his family household at Irrimor) one at Talcott and near the Rouge court, which he still visits regularly, despite the disapproval from certain members of the court.

• He's got a reputation for being a casual and harmless flirt, but Naveed can still stir up some trouble with the husbands of married ladies when he's not being careful enough.

• He's the second son but prefers it that way because he can get away with a lot more than his older brother can.

• Things can be a bit tense concerning his brother but it's clear that Naveed loves him, even if the old childhood jealousy rears its ugly head every now and again.

• Has a strange attraction for feathered hats, a fetish he picked up in one of the many cities he visited and is now rarely seen without one. A sure-buy birthday present if you don't know what to get him.

• Surprisingly, for his laid-back nature, he's easily angered by traitors and is very loyal himself, even if his secret job is to sometimes convince others to go against their friends and masters.

• Naveed stays true to his word: if he makes a promise or a vow, he will keep to it, which is why he prefers to be the one making the deals, instead of agreeing to them.
Skills & Education
• He had the usual formal education of a noble, but hated geography lessons. However, Naveed was always slightly, and still is, bitter about his brother getting all the best teachers, on account of him being the first-born son.

• As a second child, often ignored the supposed 'importance' placed on his lessons and skipped certain lessons, leaving him with small holes of knowledge but he covers up his ignorance with humour so no one's the wiser.

• Didn't become too close to any of his mentors apart from one - a greying old man named Uylth - he used to chase after rouges and knew the art of fighting, it was his job to teach Naveed (his older brother got an elite swordsman) fighting skills and other basic outdoor activities, such as compass reading and tracking. Through Uylth''s skills, and his own natural talent, he quickly became very adept at tracking in particular and is ever thankful to his old teacher.

• He can find information easily and without having to put much effort in. Some would think him nosey but he doesn't seem to have to ask many questions to get this information. His five years as a spymaster has given him a great knowledge in body language that most wouldn't even consider.
Family
• Father (____ of Irimor) b. 260
• Mother (____ of Irimor) b. 258
• Brother (____ of Irrimor) b. 293
-
• illegitimate Son b. 316
Magic
Naveed's sight is mainly used for tracking purposes and testing the truth of what people say during his Spymaster duties. He rarely tells people he has the ability but doesn't actively hide it, just prefers people to be unaware so he can perform his job more efficiently.

• He can identify and track any poison, providing he's familiar with it, otherwise, he knows it's a poison, just not how deadly or what it's called. Due to this, he makes a point of being involved in any new poisons being made for weaponry purposes or more darker reasons.

• He can see the strength of a 'truth' i.e if it's completely true & false or whether it's a half-truth. truth be told, Naveed hates this ability because he feels a twinge of guilt every time he tells someone a lie and they can't see it.
Public vs. Private Persona
Public:
In the public eye, Naveed is very laid-back and witty, often using sarcasm as his main source of humour. He is also a bit of a flirt, though he rarely means it, he just likes the attention from the ladies. Towards his friends, he has a significant belief loyalty is the best policy and is always happy to spend his time with them, perferring anyone's company to being alone.

Private:
Alone, he is much more different: Naveed is more serious and his cunning comes out, his moral compass point to some less favourable directions. Although he strongly believes in loyalty, he has a more lax approach towards honesty and will do a great number of things to get the result he wants. He can easily blend into whatever circumstance he finds himself in, barely faltering in his smooth charisma. Despite being a good man, he definitely has a more devious side to him, even if it is for the right reasons.
295 - He was born, the second son, providing stability for his home should his older brother ever fall.

310 - He first started going out unaccompanied by an escort (something he wasn't allowed to do until he was sixteen) for the sake of it, practicing his ability to blend into crowds.

315 - Got a young woman pregnant and left his home to travel without her, it's a big secret of his but he rarely thinks back upon it. Naveed doesn't know if the child, or it's mother, even survived, so doesn't ponder about it.

315 - Lived near the rouge court for a while, meeting all kinds of people, where he developed his interest and appreciation for its rouge court and those function within it.

318 - Visited numerous cities. This became useful for his future Spymaster career as he built up a great deal of knowledge about different cultures and important people there.

320 - Left to see the royal court, assuming only for a short visit but actually ended up buying a home there and become more involved in the royal court, prompting him to stay longer.

327- (June) The position of Assistant Spymaster became available. Naveed was expecting to be given the position straightaway due to his expansive knowledge of many cities as well as he obvious interest in the position, as it involved a certain amount of tracking, but found he had competition from someone a little younger than him, making him all the more determined to get it.

227 - (July) Won over the competition for Assistant Spymaster and became his greatest achievement so far, in his opinion.

330 - Was given the position of Spymaster, Naveed nearly lost a couple of his friends at the local inn due to his smugness. even if he couldn't tell them why, as commoners knowing who the spymaster was wouldn't be very practical.
